Talk to usArtificial intelligence is a new frontier that comes with a host of compliance concerns. Our framework support services break down what is appropriate for your team. Drawing on the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001, FDA guidance on AI, ICH E6(R3) and HIPAA, we help you decide how AI fits into your current regulatory environment.

A CITI Program course by Steven Sands, CPC, CPCO, on applying AI to coverage analysis and budget development during study start-up.
Steven is focused on advancing the next evolution of clinical trial start-up with artificial intelligence, especially coverage analysis and budget development. Since 2021 he has worked independently, optimizing study start-up workflows, designing site-specific templates and refining budget and contract negotiation strategies.
His experience spans industry, consulting and academic research finance operations. With deep Medicare policy knowledge and strong proficiency in clinical trial start-up processes, Steven works to ensure rigor, accuracy and consistency across documentation, budgets and coverage analyses. His approach emphasizes efficiency, clarity and scalable processes that elevate clinical trial operations and reduce friction for research sites.
He is currently completing a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence Management at Georgetown University.
